Vimeo offers refunds for self-service plans purchased via desktop or through the web browser on your mobile device for up to 30 days for annual plan subscriptions or 5 days for monthly plan subscriptions following the purchase of a plan under certain criteria. There are additional considerations regarding refunds for purchases made via mobile apps or plans that purchased additional seating.

For Google Play Purchases, yearly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 5 days of purchase. Unfortunately, any member requesting a refund beyond the specified period will not be refunded.

For Apple Purchases, Vimeo is unable to process refunds for purchases made through Apple iTunes or the App Store. To request a refund for a subscription purchased through Apple, you will need to contact Apple Support.

When you cancel your subscription you will still have access to your account until the next billing cycle begins. You will not be automatically refunded for past charges but you may be eligible for a refund. Instead of cancelling your subscription, you can also choose to Downgrade your subscription.

As for the shipping policy, Vimeo is a platform for hosting, sharing, and streaming videos. It does not sell physical goods, so it does not have a shipping policy.

Vimeo.com accepts a variety of common payment methods for all plans, VOD, and purchases. These include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and PayPal. However, the purchases for seat add-ons are credit cards only, with no support for PayPal yet.

When a membership is purchased on Vimeo.com, the payment method is saved automatically. To update the payment method, one needs to go to the Membership Plan page in the Billing Settings. The Billing Settings page is accessible if logged into an account enrolled in an active paid subscription or active trial plan.

To delete card information, one needs to go to the Payment methods page in the Billing Settings. Please note that if currently subscribed to Vimeo, only some cards can be removed from the account; one will need to remain for the subscription to renew. If not wanting to continue the membership, refer to Cancel my subscription. If having trouble removing a card, it may be for this reason. In that case, a new card will need to be added on file before removing the older one.

To switch the payment method to PayPal, there is no direct way to do so during an active subscription. However, it is possible to change payment methods when renewing a subscription or signing up again. In that case, PayPal can be selected as the payment option when signing up for a new membership or renewing an existing subscription early, before it lapses.
